"I built my first website using an overseas company's DIY template. It appeared simple, easy-to-use and very cheap. However, I soon realised that it was "...too good to be true". Clients were frequently complaining that the site would not load on their devices, or I had not replied to their emails (which I hadn't even received).

What concerned me more was how many potential clients were NOT contacting me! I sought help from the company's "Support Desk" and would not receive replies for days and sometimes weeks at a time. Even then the issues were still not resolved. Ultimately, through sheer frustration I sought a solution from a company closer to home. That's when my search took me to SILVER PONY Web Designs. All I can is "WOW!" these guys blew me away! Their customer service was second to none - they were always quick to respond, provide solutions and ended up re-building my site and hosting it locally at a similar price to what I had already paid.

My site now loads first time - every time and I receive all my emails without fail. When I did have any issues with the design of the site they were solved on that day. I really wasted time seeking a cheap, DIY, overseas alternative. I wish I had gone to SILVER PONY Web Designs the first time. For all my future web / internet / online requirements, I will not consider anyone else - I will go straight to SILVER PONY Web Designs and so should you!"
